There can be complete systems, but they are very small and simple. Like the system used to generate all the statements regarding addition.

Coherence: a system that produces true theorems, and which is self-consistent, with respect to a domain.

Completeness: a system that produces all the true theorems that can exist for a given domain.

Truth is deeper than demonstrability.
